Microsoft upgraded their web browser, Internet Explorer.  The new versions are not automatically compatible with Agency Web or many other websites, but there is a fix.  It is called "Compatibility View".  This fix has been tested with multiple clients and is working.  Outlined below are the steps you should take to fix this issue:

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Click on the "Tools" menu or look for the "gear" icon.

3. Go to "Compatibility View" settings.

4. Under "Add This Website", ensure the field is populated with the web address.

5. Click "Add".

6. Click "Close".
